At Saintjones, every product is crafted as a masterpiece, passing through 4 levels of Quality Check (QC) before reaching you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free Return & Exchange process.

1. Return Policy
• If you don’t like the product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
• A return fee of ₹149 will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method — we do not offer store credit.
• For jackets, due to their heavy weight and higher shipping costs, a return fee of ₹199 will be deducted.

• You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange fee:
• ₹99 for all products (prepaid)
• ₹199 for jackets (prepaid)
• Exchanges are easy because you’ve already seen our quality and are confident about your size.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Return/exchange requests must be raised via our Contact Us page, email, or phone within the 7-day period.

• Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
