Return and Exchange Policy
At Saint Jones, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
Manufacturing fault: We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. While we maintain the strictest quality control at Saint Jones, we will proceed to replace your garments if there is a product defect for which we are responsible. Send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we can provide you with a replacement. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.
Incorrect size : We can exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement, once we receive the piece back from you. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any exchanges without the tags will not be accepted.
Returning items by post or courier.
Considering the pilferage incidents, especially during return transit, we need you to courier the product back to us. Please email us at email@example.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s).
Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
Saint Jones cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. We will send back the exchanged product to you subsequently on the given address
