Return and Exchange Policy 

At Saintjones, we are committed to providing high-quality garments that our customers love. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process:

Returns:

- If you wish to return a garment, you can do so without any questions asked.
- To initiate a return, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
- We charge a flat fee of ₹149 for the reverse pickup.
- If you're returning two or more products, a flat ₹299 reverse pickup fee will apply.
- For jackets and hoodies, a flat reverse pickup fee of ₹299 will be charged.
- The refund will be credited to your account within 3-4 business days.

Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, the same ₹149 fee applies.
- We will handle the forward shipment of the new size from our side.
