At Saint Jones, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return & exchange process.
Exchange Policy
* Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* A flat ₹99 exchange handling fee will be applicable on every exchange request.
* Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
* Items must be:
* Unused and unwashed
* In original condition
* With all tags and packaging intact
Return Policy
* Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* A flat ₹99 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
* Refunds will be initiated only after successful quality inspection.
* Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
* Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
* Products without original tags or packaging
Important Notes
* Reverse pickup service depends on service availability in your area.
* If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel.
* Saint Jones Support reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
