Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags may not be eligible.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, our team will arrange the next steps. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source account used to make the payment. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5–7 working days after the refund is processed.
